News Item - CPD SUMMARY FORM 2007 to qualify for APC for 1 April 2008

Osteopaths holding current practising certificates who will be applying to renew their APCs for 1 April 2008, should not wait until then to send to the Osteopathic Council the annual CPD form summarising their CPD activities and credits achieved during the 2007 calendar year.

The CPD summary form has previously been supplied to Osteopaths for completion, with the yearly APC renewal application form. This year you can now download the CPD SUMMARY FORM BY CLICKING HERE - or obtain a copy from the Registrar - and send it to the Council by 31 January 2008 listing the CPD activities and credits completed during the 2007 calendar year.

This will save time later and allow any CPD queries to be sorted out beforehand, so as not to delay the issue of your 2008 APC.

If you wish to send in your CPD summary form, please do this once by including all 2007 CPD on the one form, not several forms at different times.
